★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau atendimento , para um deposito de 50 euros pedem BI depois de um longo tempo de espera , uma falta de respeito brutal pelo cliente depois de um longo tempo de espera.
Não quero ter mas nenhuma relação com este banco.
Não ponho zero estrelas pois sou obrigado a por uma.
Bad service, for a deposit of 50 euros ask for BI after a long wait, a brutal lack of respect for the customer after a long wait.
I do not want to have but any relationship with this bank.
I don't get zero stars because I'm forced to one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend it for any foreigners who want to open a bank account here. It can take as long as two months. Chaotic workflow, slow, unresponsive and poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inresponsive bank , i signed an internal document to be sent to other branch , they failed and i have been without bank cards for two weeks. They close before the lunch time, i arrived at 7 min before 13 and they were already closed. They dont even communicate with me if they have a card ready for me or if there is a problem, not proactive. I have to follow up on everything.
