★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal incompetente e mal humorado. Tempo de espera para ser atendido muito superior ao que seria de esperar para duas pessoas a atender e uma espadanada meio vazia. Aconselho só a irem pedir ao balcão porque são servidos na hora e com simpatia.
Incompetent and moody staff. Waiting time to be attended much longer than you would expect for two people to attend and a half empty sweeping. I advise only to go to the counter because they are served on time and with sympathy.

Esperei meia hora para ser atendida e mais outras duas horas para que chegasse o pedido. Para além disso, quando este finalmente chegou, vinha errado.

I waited half an hour to be served and another two hours for the order to arrive. Besides, when this one finally arrived, it was wrong.

O chefe de turno extremamente arrogante ao ponto de discutir com o cliente, um erro do próprio estabelecimento. Dos piores sitios onde já comi, no algarve. É de lamentar que um aldeamaneto 5 estrelas,tenha um restaurante que deixa tanto a desejar. NÃO RECOMENDO DE TODO.
Terrible service, and the food even worse. Everything frozen and the hamburger bread already several days old. The shift manager was extremely arrogant to the point of arguing with the customer, a mistake made by the establishment itself. One of the worst places I've ever eaten, in the Algarve. It is a pity that a 5 star village has a restaurant that leaves so much to be desired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bar exists only because near there is no other restaurants. Very poor meals, expensive, and little bit retarded waiters. Good mohito, and stars for that only. It's much better go to Santa Luzia to any other resteurant, it will be cheaper, and much, much more tasty meals.
