Los dueños son muy amables y serviciales. El día que llegamos nos estaban esperando a la hora que le comentamos con un mapa con indicaciones para hacer cosas por Oporto. En el desayuno hay de todo y todo está muy rico, y te lo sirven a la hora que tú les indican. Nuestro último día nos íbamos muy temprano y no íbamos a desayunar ahí. Así que la tarde-noche del día anterior, cuando entraron a limpiar la habitación nos dejaron un desayuno para la mañana siguiente. Cuando vuelva a Oporto, que volveré, repetiré sin duda. —————— Our time at the Book House has been awesome. The rooms are cozy and really comfortable, as the house in general. The owners are really charming and helpful! The day we arrived they were waiting for us with a map to give us some tips about the city. The breakfast is really cool. They have basically everything and they serve it at the time you tell them. Indeed the last day we slept there, we had our flight really soon and we could not have breakfast. So they prepared us breakfast and put it in the room when they went to clean. I will definitely go back to Porto and I hope to stay there again. Our accommodations at Book House have been amazing. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, just like the rest of the house. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The day we arrived they were waiting for us at the time that we told them with a map with directions to do things in Porto. At breakfast there is everything and everything is very tasty, and they serve it to you at the time you indicate. Our last day we were leaving very early and we were not going to have breakfast there. So the evening of the day before, when they came in to clean the room, they left us a breakfast for the next morning. J	Julien Pochet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueil formidable, 2 soeurs tres sympathique qui font tout pour nous mettre à l'aise, nous donne une carte en nous expliquant les meilleures endroits de la ville et même un petit livre fait par elle même avec toute les bonnes adresses de bar, restaurant etc. La chambre est tres propre et tres agréable à vivre, le petit déjeuner servi sur un petit chariot à roulette à 8h30 que l'on peut prendre quand on veut dans la chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut, pain, beurre, confiture, fruit, jambon et j'en passe. Je garde l'adresse si je revien à porto ! Great welcome, 2 very friendly sisters who do everything to make us comfortable, give us a map explaining the best places in town and even a little book made by itself with all the good addresses for bars, restaurants etc. . The room is very clean and very pleasant to live in, breakfast served on a small trolley at 8:30 am that you can have when you want in the room with everything you need, bread, butter, jam, fruit , ham and so on. I keep the address if I come back to Porto!

La habitación con terraza preciosa, las zonas comunes también(salón y entrada) el desayuno magnífico en todos los sentidos, casero y cuidado. Los Hosts son lo mejor: recomendaciones sobre qué visitar, atentos, amables, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Cuando volvamos a Oporto sin duda, intentaremos que sea en Bookhouse, se nos ha hecho cortísimo!!!!Gracias chic@s y enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo!!! A spectacular accommodation, with all the charm of Porto. The room with beautiful terrace, the common areas as well (living room and entrance) the magnificent breakfast in every way, home and care. The Hosts are the best: recommendations on what to visit, attentive, friendly, they have made us feel at home. When we go back to Oporto without a doubt, we will try to make it in Bookhouse, it has been made very short !!!! Thanks chic @ s and congratulations for your work !!!

La chica rubia que nos atendió fue muy atenta en todo momento y nos recomendó varios lugares a los que poder ir y que encajaban con nuestra personalidad y necesidades. Una muy buena profesional a pesar de que no se dedica exclusivamente a ello. Da gusto tratar con gente que se toma en serio su trabajo y pretende agradar al huésped. Recomendaría la casa para visitar la ciudad así como para vivir. Preciosa vivienda renovada con mucho gusto y esmero. Gracias Nice guest house in Porto. The blonde girl who attended us was very attentive at all times and recommended several places to go and that fit our personality and needs. Breakfast was even better: they made natural juice for us and they had a wide variety of fruit, cheese, croissants, bread, etc. Excellent service as well as lovely and attentive staff. We will surely come back!

We have to cancel in the end as it is still not allowed. Every time our request of changing dates was confirmed without any hesitation or endured any extra charge. Not to mention in general circumstances there should be price difference from low season to peak season. Even the final cancellation I was granted with free of charge despite my booking was non refundable. The manager was more than supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. My every demand was fully granted even they are struggling to make their business survive. I really appreciate with their high standard customer service. Because the total trust I’ve gained through my experience, I recommend this place to anyone who want to have a guarantee for your booking. I will certainly to make a visit soon the travel ban is lifted.
