Welcome to Cake by the Ocean, I’m delighted you’ve found our page.
I am Jayne and it’s my job to help you imagine, then create your bespoke cake or bake. Cake by the Ocean was born from a love of baking and the sea. You can read here a little more about how Cake by the Ocean came to be and how I have finally achieved my dream of making cakes and seeing the sea everyday, here in the sunny Algarve. It hasn’t been the most direct journey, but I think I’ve learnt alot by taking the scenic route!
I’ve spent a long time developing recipes I am proud of, I use the finest quality ingredients to ensure the best results and spend the time it needs to ensure you receive exactly what it is you are looking for, for whatever occasion it is that you need it.
