★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welllllll......it's convenient to empty and fill up for 4.50 euro .......but it would be a much nicer campsite to stay on if they did some work on the grounds and tidied it up a bit !!!!!! Plenty of room for all size campers !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Land prices steep in the summertime. Relatively quiet, however there is noise from the delivery trucks from the nearby store. Otherwise a nice little campsite, with bungalows and camping/campervan plots. Private owners of Mobile homes may rent out furnished mobile homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted the campsite prior to our arrival but was told I couldn't book a plot for our motorhome, but that they always had lots of spaces available. When we arrived we were told to 'find a space' which wasn't easy, a lot of the plots are accessed through another plot and are quite uneven. We carry a small scooter in our garage and then we Park it right behind our motorhome, but we had to pay extra for the scooter as they said they were 'short of space'. We've never had to pay for the scooter before.There was no hot water to wash dishes or clothes but the showers were hot and had plenty of water pressure (only 1 shower was working in the mens' showers when we arrived but I told reception and the really helpful young lady got maintenance to look at them). The price was good (even with the charge for the scooter) 18.50€ per night for 2 people, including electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice campsite with plenty of amenities and easily close enough to the main part of town by foot. Pingo Doce supermarket literally a stones throw away.The only negative I can say is that parking up can be a bit difficult as one van parked inconsiderately can block several spaces and this was apparent in too many places. Best to arrive in daylight to be able to negotiate the site easily. I will certainly be using this site again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natural surroundings. Some pitches in rows others scattered in park-like areas. Very hot continuous showers without pressing a button all the time. Good size too and very clean. Big bonus of supermarket close by with daily fresh rolls and good choice of bread.
