R	Raul Gavris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you plan to visit the south part of Portugal this place is perfect. From here you can visit all the beaches, capes, fortresses or other turistic attractions at around 30 mins away each. You need your own vehicle to get to it as there is no bus stop or other ways of transport there. The reception was always busy and had to wait in the queue. The shower water could have more pressure and be a bit more hotter. Overall is ok, you have everything you need, maybe not best quality but fair for the money you pay. I liked my experience there and even if I rate it 3 stars I would return to this camping.

We were sleeping in a tent, and were a bit cold, we could have extra blanket and that's waaoo cool! Many thanks!! Warm water for showers, everything was very very clean (they clean everything every 1-2hours!) Don't hesitate :) ??
A	Angie G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel is rude. Pool is not safe and my nice fell and had her knee ripped open at the edge of the kids pool which was slimy and not cleaned. Parking spot was not assigned to us. Staff extremely slow and acts like they are higher than the customer. I don’t know it just breathes bureaucracy, clears are moving papers, folders, making copies, requesting things you don’t have or know about (Covid test; passports of kids, etc.). They completely spoiled our stay and we had to stay extra days to go to the hospital and have the knee sthiches taken care of.

M	Matt Furber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location close to Luz is excellent. The site itself could do with an update. Some of the shower blocks are very tired. WiFi only available in the bar area. If you have a big motor home or caravan, walk the site first. Pitches are dusty and a little uneven. There is some shade from trees. Hoopoe and Azure Magpies will join you for breakfast. Very limited chemical disposal points, justb1 on our visit. Excellent on site bar and restaurant. The food is competitively price and is very good. Beer is cheap. Inside and outside searing.
I	Ian Giles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Nice site and layout but every toilet block but one and wash-up facilities are closed despite being well lit at night. Wandering around from block to block in the dark, at night, trying to do one’s washing-up is not acceptable. AND all the wash-up facilities are open but none have water! Showers are grubby and quite pathetic with most out of order, in a bad state and with a drizzle of barely warm water. We will not return!
P	Paul Willis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh dear this could be such a nice place! The only good thing about it is not many people use it so you can find space normally. The showers in one block are sometimes hot. The other block rarely are. Toilet doors and shower doors often have broken locks and no one repairs them. The shower roses often are broken or limescaled up. Urinals are missing and taped up. In general sanitary ware is old and poorly maintained and needs replacing. Reception staff do their best but clearly management don't care. Washing machines are very old and very expensive. All other facilities are old and tired and poorly maintained. Pitches vary in size and are poorly maintained often trees and vegetation cause you problems by damaging your vehicle unless you are particularly careful. Restaurant is expensive now for what it is. The site lounge facilities are OK but WiFi only here and poor. Security wise the only security is between 8pm and 8am when a man sits in the office next to a barrier which he controls. Having said that I feel safe because I am in Portugal! Will I come back yes because the site up the road which is absolutely immaculate and I believe cheaper is too crowded for my liking. Orbitur has a very strange business plan in my opinion
