★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious food, bargain menu of the day 7euros. Staff busy but friendly and efficient. Only down side is we couldn't use the pool because of covid but it's still open to families. Well worth seeking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical portuguese restaurant in Alvor area, Casa d'Avó Maria is a calm and relaxing restaurant where you can have a meal of a daily variety of fishes or some other daily meals. They also have some other fixed dishes (meat,etc). We tried a normal grilled fish "Dourada" and it was ok. It was accompanied by a typical salad from Algarve, which is good. For starter we tried a soup that was also good. If you're passing by and want to have a calm meal faraway from the center confusion this is the place. The staff was really frieandly also, so, 4*'s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever we ate from soups and salad to fish and steak, everything was very delicious! We hope to come here again when we visit algarve in the future. Owner and the employees were very kind and gentle. Thanks a lot for the amazing dinner. There is park for cars in the facility.
