Hace cenas con menú vegano, workshop de comida saludable para enseñar a cocinar personas con problemas de artritis y de alimentación sin gluten. Tiene retiros espirituales, retiros de silencio, con clases de yoga y meditación. También tiene épocas en las que hace fines de semana gastronómicas como en otoño que prepara un fin de semana con comida tradicional centrada en las castañas. Muy recomendable! Site of 10!
