★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place, visited castle, €1.50 admission. Some information in English. Would be nice if they could provide a handout in English. Staff spoke English very well and were helpful. Granaries below castle can be visited free. The village itself is well worth a walk round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The castle was easy to get to and easy to walk around. You have to pay 1,5 euro to go into the museum and walk around the interior walls. Definitely worth it. You learn about the history of the castle and the local national park of Peneda-geres. The views we're incredible from every direction. Great place to stop for a break on a road trip or a quick half day trip if you are staying nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camped here overnight with our van. Was a great place to wake up in the morning! Exploring the castle was fun but the inside was closed so we weren’t able to go in which was disappointing
