Preocupam-se em resolver o problema dando várias soluções.
No meu caso em particular,liguei para saber se me faziam uma chave nova pois a minha estava com o comando avariado.
Disseram-me para levar a chave antiga porque poderiam tentar reparar.
Foi a única loja que não me tentou vender uma chave nova sem primeiro ter a certeza de que a antiga não teria reparação.
Resultado,"chave nova" por menos de metade do preço
5 estrelas.
Serviço rápido e eficiente.

They managed to repair my car key, thus avoiding having to make a new one, which would have a much higher cost.
They are concerned with solving the problem by giving various solutions.
In my case in particular, I called to find out if they would make me a new key because mine had a faulty command.
I was told to take the old key because they might try to repair it.
It was the only store that didn't try to sell me a new key without first making sure the old one wouldn't be repaired.
Result "new key" for less than half the price
5 stars.
