★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de uma cópia de uma chave auto que partiu e a colaboradora que estava de serviço não sabia fazer o serviço. Aparentemente só se podia fazer chaves até às 15h...a colaboradora era muito simpática mas não resolveu o problema. A informação que me deram era que não estava o colega que sabia fazer. Não tinha nada a ver com o tipo de chaves pois nem isso foi verificado.
Consegui a cópia da chave, no mesmo dia, em Gondomar.
I needed a copy of a broken auto key and the employee who was on duty did not know how to do the job. Apparently you could only make keys until 3pm ... the employee was very friendly but did not solve the problem. The information they gave me was that there was no colleague I knew how to do. It had nothing to do with the type of keys because even that was not verified.
I got a copy of the key, the same day, in Gondomar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15.2 2020 passei na Loja de Matosinhos e fui atendida por uma Sra. perguntei se podiam arranjar uma Trela de cão da marca Flexi tinha apenas que ser cortada um bocado da fita e cozer. Disseram que sim que era possível, passei na loja passado 2 semanas Desta vez fui atendida por outro funcionário, não encontrava a trela. Pedi para me ligar , nunca ligaram. Voltei a contactar por telefone no dia 3 de Maio depois desta situação toda e a Sra. Lurdes pediu mais tempo para arranjar a trela, não estava conseguir... Hoje voltei a passar lá e fui atendida pelo Sr. José Augusto , ligou para a colega para saber da trela ... desmontaram a caixa da trela e partiram a mesma por completo .... basicamente não sabiam prestar o serviço. O mesmo acontece com chaves uma simples cópia resultou em 2 trocas... Funcionários sem formação! Loja para evitar!
On 15.2 2020 I went to the Matosinhos store and was attended by a Mrs. I asked if they could get a Flexi dog leash just had to cut a piece of the ribbon and bake. They said yes it was possible, I stopped by the store after 2 weeks. This time I was attended by another employee, I couldn't find the leash. I asked to call me, they never did. I contacted by phone on the 3rd of May after this situation and Mrs. Lurdes asked for more time to fix the leash, I couldn't do it ... Today I went back there and I was attended by Mr. José Augusto, called colleague to find out about the leash ... they disassembled the leash box and broke it completely ... basically they did not know how to provide the service. The same happens with keys, a simple copy resulted in 2 exchanges ... Employees without training! Shop to avoid!
