★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dizem no site que têm atendimento 24 horas. Liguei às 9 horas da noite inúmeras vezes e nunca atenderam. Tive recorrer a outra casa, chaves Boavista e fui atendida de imediato. Lamentável, não devem precisar de clientes.
They say on the website that they have 24-hour service. I called at 9 pm countless times and never answered. I had to resort to another house, Boavista keys and was immediately attended. Unfortunately, they should not need customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste caso foi solicitada a intervenção a um domingo à noite. Muito prestável e disponível. Era uma operação simples no centro do Porto... Considerei o serviço super profissional, mas em nada justificam 95€ (noventa e cinco euros) cobrados para ir ao centro do porto e abrir uma porta num minuto (mesmo num domingo à noite)!!!
In this case, intervention was requested on a Sunday night. Very helpful and available. It was a simple operation in the center of Porto... I considered the service super professional, but in no way justify 95€ (ninety-five euros) charged to go to the center of Porto and open a door in a minute (even on a Sunday night)! !!
