★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tinha consulta 17:00 atenderam me 1h depois . Fiz uma avaliação oral lá na qual o meu orçamento era 700€, tinha que disvitalizar 1 dente e voltar a disvitalizar outro segundo eles (na qual eu nunca disvitalizei dentes) e tirar 6 cáries . Fui a outra clínica fazer avaliação até se riram quando mostrei o orçamento e o papel onde estava os dentes que tinha que tratar , não tinha 6 cáries mas sim 2 , e só teria que disvitalizar 1 dente . Resumindo, queriam mexer em dentes que eu não tinha cárie sequer , e voltar a disvitalizar um dente que dizem que já disvitalizei sem eu nunca ter feito isso . E no raio x via se perfeitamente .
 Poor service, I had an appointment 5:00 pm they answered me 1 hour later. I did an oral evaluation there, in which my budget was 700 €, I had to de-vitalize 1 tooth and return to de-vitalize another one according to them (in which I never de-vitalized teeth) and remove 6 cavities. I went to another clinic to do an evaluation until they laughed when I showed the budget and the paper where the teeth I had to treat were, I didn't have 6 cavities but 2, and I only had to dispose of 1 tooth. In short, they wanted to touch teeth that I didn't even have caries, and return to de-vitalize a tooth that is said to have already de-vitalized without ever having done so. And on the x-ray he saw himself perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após solicitar junto desta entidade um orçamento para colocação de 6 implantes dentários e respetivas coroas, foi-me sugerido efetuar um financiamento para o valor total, em alternativa à realização de pagamentos individuais, sendo que caso existisse algum problema no percurso, seria feito o acerto do serviço não realizado. Após a realização desse contrato a entidade resolveu numa só consulta colocar os 6 implantes em simultâneo, tendo "apenas" colocado 5 pois já denotava excesso de cansaço. Desses 5 implantes, 4 deles tiveram de ser retirados alguns dias depois, pois ficaram soltos e provocaram infeção. Como me recusei a tentar nova colocação desses implantes, decidiram passados 6 meses e ao contrário do que me tinha sido no inicio, atribuir a culpa pelo insucesso da operação, tendo sido cobrado a totalidade desses mesmos implantes não colocados. Venho então por este meio, apresentar uma reclamação do sucedido, pois entendo ter sido vitima de uma burla, ao ter de liquidar 2750 euros apenas pela colocação real de um implante e respetiva coroa.
After requesting from this entity a budget for the placement of 6 dental implants and respective crowns, it was suggested to me to make a financing for the total amount, as an alternative to making individual payments, and in case there were any problems along the way, the adjustment would be made of the service not performed. After the execution of this contract, the entity decided in a single consultation to place the 6 implants simultaneously, having "only" placed 5 because it already showed excess fatigue. Of these 5 implants, 4 of them had to be removed a few days later, as they became loose and caused infection. As I refused to try to place these implants again, they decided after 6 months and, contrary to what had been the case at the beginning, to blame the failure of the operation, having been charged the totality of those same implants not placed. I hereby come to present a complaint about what happened, as I understand that I was the victim of a scam, having to pay 2750 euros just for the actual placement of an implant and its crown.
