A picanha vinha servida com arroz e feijão frios.
A limonada era bastante má.
Não vou voltar de certeza

Reclamei e deram outro prato, o mesmo veio horrível, o bife de peru com um sabor estranho e o arroz veio ainda mais duro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem dias... Já lá comi muito bem e já lá comi muito mal. Já fui bem atendido e mal atendido. Mas a verdade seja dita, as vezes em que correu bem são mais do que as que correram mal. Da última vez foi péssimo, mau atendimento, o empregado enganou-se no pedido, muito lento e ausente. O frango estava horrível, tinha partes literalmente esturricadas. Nunca tal me tinha acontecido ali, já tinha acontecido de estar mal passado, agora queimado foi a primeira vez. Por isso, tanto se pode apanhar um excelente frango da guia como um horrível, depende do dia.
There are days ... I ate there very well and I ate very badly there. I've been well served and poorly served. But the truth is, the times that went well are more than the times that went wrong. Last time it was terrible, poor service, the employee was mistaken in the order, very slow and absent. The chicken was horrible, it had parts literally burnt. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Almocei no dia 29/08/2020. Pedi um prato que vinha com frango, bifes de gado, salsicha, fritas e outros dois acompanhamentos. Resultado: frango cru, bife cru, duro e sem gosto de carne, salsicha com cheiro e gosto muito estranho, pra não dizer podre. As fritas estavam boas, preparadas na hora. Pedi feijão e arroz como acompanhamento, sendo que o feijão estava duro, mal cozidos. Resultado, comi um pouco do arroz e feijão, com os pedaços do frango e dos bifes que estavam bons..O lado positivo foram os funcionários, muito gentis e educados.
Horrible. I had lunch on 08/29/2020. I ordered a dish that came with chicken, beef steaks, sausage, fries and two other side dishes. Result: raw chicken, raw steak, hard and without the taste of meat, sausage with a very strange smell and taste, not to say rotten. The fries were good, freshly prepared. I ordered beans and rice as a side dish, the beans were hard, undercooked. As a result, I ate some of the rice and beans, with the chicken pieces and the steaks that were good. The positive side was the staff, very kind and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no "restaurante" ontem. Uma completa vergonha. O arroz estava ressequido, as batatas cruas, o frango, além de completamente cru, com certeza não era do dia, estava totalmente escurecido junto aos ossos e sabia muito mal. A salada estava péssima, alface escura e murcha, tomate, já temperado, completamente rançoso.
Pessoal MUITO mal educado. A senhora que me atendeu estava na copa a tratar de loiça, suja diga-se, não lavou as mãos, mas fez o empratamento. Quando me dirigi ao balcão para dizer que o frango estava CRU, o senhor não disse uma palavra, pegou no frango, espetou com ele na grela velha e suja, e assunto arrumado.
O balcão de atendimento para a praça de alimentação é sujo e escuro, para não ser possível ver a falta de qualidade da comida antes de pagar.
Em suma, experiência para NUNCA MAIS.
I was at the "restaurant" yesterday. A complete shame. The rice was parched, the potatoes raw, the chicken, in addition to being completely raw, it was certainly not of the day, it was completely browned against the bones and it tasted very bad. The salad was terrible, dark and withered lettuce, tomato, already seasoned, completely rancid.
VERY rude staff. The lady who attended me was in the pantry doing the dishes, dirty by the way, she didn't wash her hands, but did the plating. When I went to the counter to say the chicken was RAW, you didn't say a word, picked up the chicken, stuck it in the dirty old rack, and the matter was tidy.
The service counter for the food court is dirty and dark, so it is not possible to see the lack of quality of the food before paying.
In short, experience for NEVER AGAIN.

Atendimento péssimo, com os colaboradores a assar e ao telemóvel com a máscara sobre o queixo , lamentável tal postura . A colaboradora da caixa manuseia dinheiro várias vezes sem desinfetar as mãos ou as lavar , tira café , bebias ,neste estabelecimento muita falta de higiene e respeito por quem lhe ajuda a contribuir para o vencimento deles .
Pois o meu pedido veio com as batatas fritas frias ao qual o funcionário demonstrou MUITO DESAGRADO em eu pedir para trocar as mesmas. Depois o frango pedi com pouco picante , e veio cheio de picante e seco !!!
Fui ao balcão reclamar, ao qual o funcionário me responde “ traga o prato que eu ponho molho normal e atenua “ !!!
Lamentável a falta de profissionalismo e sem modos de falar para clientes .

Total lack of hygiene.
Terrible service, with employees baking and on the cell phone with the mask over the chin, a regrettable attitude. The cashier's employee handles money several times without disinfecting her hands or washing them, brewing coffee, drinking drinks. In this establishment, there is a lot of lack of hygiene and respect for those who help her contribute to their salary.
Because my order came with the cold fries to which the employee showed VERY DISPLEASURE that I asked to change them. Then the chicken I ordered with a little spicy, and it came full of spicy and dry!!!
I went to the counter to complain, to which the employee replied “bring the dish and I'll add normal sauce and attenuate it” !!!
Regrettable the lack of professionalism and no manners of speaking to clients.
