Obrigam a realização de seguro mesmo que o cliente não pretenda (no passado já tínhamos sido obrigados a aderir e tivemos problemas com o cancelamento para além da perda de tempo que é este processo). Perderam cliente à conta disso. Íamos comprar uns Airpods e acabamos noutra loja.
I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store. They require insurance even if the customer does not intend to (in the past we had already been forced to join and we had problems with cancellation, in addition to the loss of time that this process entails). They lost a customer on account of that. We were going to buy some Airpods and ended up in another store.

Não estava claro a ordem de atendimento, nem havia uma senha para isso ou uma pessoa a verificar o que cada cliente precisava. Fui levantar uma encomenda, fui bem atendido, mas vi algumas pessoas a ir embora por não perceber quando seria o atendimento.
The store was full, the line was disorganized with people scattered throughout the store. It was not clear the service order, nor was there a password for it or a person to verify what each customer needed. I went to pick up an order, I was well attended, but I saw some people leave because they didn't realize when the service would be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone 6S was having issues with the mobile network and after countless hours trying to fix it myself using online Help suggestions, I took it to this store. The young man behind the counter worked through the usual fixes, then diagnosed the problem (APN setting let over from a different SIM card). After removing that setting my phone now understands it can play nice with my mobile data network.
The clerk was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Just what I’d expect from Apple. Highly Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked right in, immediate assist, no waiting. I came to get my watch synced to my phone, to check the battery life on my phone, and to inquire about the new iPhone. The young man who assisted me on all three was friendly, calm, informative, reassuring and laughed at my jokes! He actually said that my phone runs with a good speed the battery life is pretty good and wasn’t urging me to get a new phone. In short it cost me nothing and I got everything I wanted in that one visit! I speak almost no Portuguese and his English was superb. Obrigado!
PS A similar store in Porto doesn’t allow you to charge your phone, which I needed to do in order to sync my watch. Here they had no problem doing that. Just goes to show you.
