★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean tidy room with good air conditioning friendly staff buffet style breakfast was nice to kick start your day if you like a relaxing day there's a roof top pool. Not far from the square and the beach is about a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the least expensive hotel I could find during the summer holiday season, and it was an acceptable property. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, so much so that I actually had them not clean my room for the few days I was there because of the over sanitizing and the smell it left. Cool roof top pool, close to a bus stop that will get around the area and to and from the bus station, and literally 2 minutes from the old town square where all the restaurants and bars and nightclubs are. As well as 3-5 minute walk to the beach
My BIGGEST issue is not having internet anywhere on the premise except the lobby.
I had work I needed to do for those 4 days, and not having internet in my hotel room was a MAJOR drain on my time in Albufeira!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever. It smells in entrance and terribly in rooms. Mould in toilet. leaking water that makes sound.
They clean rooms at random times.
Breakfast so poor we decided to go outside and pay.
Wifi only works in reception.
Dirty and very broken, outdated facilities. Rock bed. There is a bar by the way wirh billiard. Empty not usable and smells awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little hotel near the old town. So you're near all the action, but set peacefully away when you do need to sleep.
Can't fault the rooms. Beds are comfortable and plenty of hot water.
Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Did I mention the prices were very reasonable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If a tree falls in a forest and no one is there to see it...then you'll definitely hear it from this hotel. Without doubt the worst sound insulated hotel I have ever stayed in. That being said, the shower worked, it was kept clean, it was cheap and in a good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed from Friday 10th July until the 14th of July. We had to change rooms twice because of the toilet not flushing in the first room and then the air conditioning leaking a second time. This cannot be helped. However unfortunately we left a purse in the room which contained £250 and cards on the table. We called to ask if they could send it back. After a few calls they suddenly couldn't speak English and became aggressive. There is obviously no integrity within this hotel. Stealing a purse is more important than looking after guests after they have returned to England. Hope any future guests don't have the miss fortune of forgetting something as once gone they don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, which are serviced daily. The water is hot and has good pressure. Friendly staff, plenty of breakfast choice. It's on a steep hill though so not suitable for everyone. It's about 5 mins walk from the old town & the strip. But it's still quiet at night. Only a 10min walk from a lovely long sandy beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel colina do mar does not admit it is a wheelchair freindly hotel.
But as an electric chair user 24/7.
I got to say I had the best time here on holiday the entrance as a little awkward step.but the reception staff are always there to assist happily.
Only down side is there is a steep hill and hotel colina do mar is only about 40metresup it ..difficult for a pushchair.
It has 2 lifts small public 1 ..
And a service lift which I was invited to use.
Although I couldn't go up to poolside level in chair I could access the terrace with really nice views.
The food is quite good and varied and the team in kitchen.diner were amazingly helpful.
Well done hotel colina do mar .
Already planning to come back in 2 months
Location tobeach and bars .. 6/7 mins slow walk ...
Amazing albufeira with disabled lift to beach.
