★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich weiß nicht was booking sich dabei denkt, solche APPs zu vermitteln. Die Beschreibung des APP Hauses hat mit der Realität mal rein gar NICHTS zu tun. Erst NACH der Buchung erhält man eine Info, dass der Schlüssel in einem anderen Haus abgeholt werden muss. Dort jedoch fühlt sich niemand für die Schlüsselübergabe verantwortlich, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Nach 3 Std. und zehn Minuten endlich den Schlüssel für ein.......Dreckloch!!! Die Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus reicht nicht mal aus, um das Schlüsselloch zu finden. Auch in der Wohnung von 9 Lampen nur 5 mit Funktion, das geht nicht! Jeder Asylant würde hierfür auf die Strasse gehen. Es ist nicht die erste negative Erfahrung die ich mit booking gemacht habe, daher meine Empfehlung: Augen auf und Finger weg von diesem Laden
 I do not know what booking is thinking about mediating such APPs. The description of the APP house has nothing to do with reality. Only after the booking you will receive an information that the key has to be picked up at another house. There, however, no one feels responsible for the keys, as the reception is not occupied. After 3 hours and ten minutes finally the key for a ....... Dirty hole! The lighting in the stairwell does not even suffice to find the keyhole. Even in the apartment of 9 lamps only 5 with function, that does not work! Every asylum seeker would take to the streets for this. It's not the first negative experience I've had with booking, so my recommendation: keep your eyes open and stay away from this place

I was pressing the number of the apt and no one answered, more than 30 minutes and a person entering who opened the door, to leave another problem.

Reception staff very friendly and available to help. In general, it is a quiet place (outside high season, like everything here in Rocha).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos no hotel Columbia, onde a recepção /administração é feita pelo Squash.
Chegamos e não tínhamos nada de roupas de cama ou de banho. Camas desarrumadas. Banheiro velho, sempre com cheio ruim.
Só levaram as coisas muitas horas depois de nosso Check In.
No Check Out mais uma experiência horrível, nos ligaram super grosseiros por que havíamos passado do horário que era às 11h, porém em nenhum momento nos foi informado. Não recebemos contrato ou nenhum manual/informações. Rapidamente nos dirigimos a recepção para entender melhor a situação e pessoalmente também tivemos um atendimento horrível, aparentemente a gerente ou dona do local. Foi extremamente arrogante e grosseira.
Subimos pra recolher nossas coisas e quando descemos para recepção haviam colocado placas na bancada sobre o check out que antes não tinha. Lá informava que a cada hora de atraso para check out era cobrado uma taxa. Ou seja, ao invés de ficar de grosseria conosco podiam apenas nos cobrar a taxa educadamente, né? Iríamos entender e não ter essa experiência horrivel.
Não recomendo. Estragam as férias de qualquer pessoa!
We stayed at the Columbia hotel, where the reception / administration is done by Squash.
We arrived and we didn't have any bedding or bathing clothes. Messy beds. Old bathroom, always with a bad filling.
They only took things many hours after our Check In.
At Check Out another horrible experience, we were called super rude because we had passed the time that was at 11am, but at no time was we informed. We have not received a contract or any manual / information. We quickly went to the reception to better understand the situation and personally we also had a horrible service, apparently the manager or owner of the place. It was extremely arrogant and rude.
We went upstairs to collect our things and when we went down to reception they had put signs on the counter on the check out that we didn't have before. There it informed that every hour of delay to check out a fee was charged. In other words, instead of being rude to us, they could just charge us the fee politely, right? We would understand and not have this horrible experience.
I do not recommend. They ruin anyone's vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local! Local deplorável, sujo como podem ver nas fotografias (cabelos pelo chão, espelho da casa de banho sujo, e para acrescentar a porta do frigorífico nojenta). O Atendimento é péssimo, não respondem ao telefone ou Telemovel e os funcionários quando confrontados ainda têm a lata basicamente de te chamar de mentiroso relativamente a informação sobre a tua reserva, por isso se tiver alguma urgência ou problema, não fique a espera que alguém atenda! Para além disso fiquei no oitavo andar e o elevador estava sempre avariado, por isso, se alguém pretender fazer exercício, este edifício não disponibiliza sala de gym, mas certamente terá a oportunidade de exercitar os gémeos. É um espaço lamentável! Diria mesmo de fugir!
Bad location! Deplorable place, dirty as you can see in the photos (hair on the floor, dirty bathroom mirror, and to add the disgusting refrigerator door). The service is terrible, they do not answer the phone or mobile phone and the employees when confronted still have the can basically call you a liar regarding the information about your reservation, so if you have any urgency or problem, do not wait for someone to answer ! In addition, I stayed on the eighth floor and the elevator was always damaged, so if anyone wants to exercise, this building does not have a gym room, but it will certainly have the opportunity to exercise the twins. It is a pitiful space! I would even say flee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização, a 100 m da praia ,na segunda linha , boa receção com estacionamento privado, e a casa simpática , para 4 pessoas . Faz se tudo a pé, sem precisar do carro. Há noite temos a animacao a 100 m , da noite e dos restaurantes.
Excellent location, 100 m from the beach, on the second line, good reception with private parking, and a friendly house, for 4 people. Everything is done on foot, without needing the car. At night we have the entertainment at 100 m, night and restaurants.
