★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por este meio alertar que tenham cuidado e se falarem com a proprietária do apartamento 1104 no11°andar edifício panorama tenham muito cuidado aluga no meio do mês e pede logo 1 mês e a caução, depois logo no fim do mês pede logo o mes ,conclusão em 15 dias ela recebe 2 meses mais caução e depois de uma semana mais ou menos corre com as pessoas ficando com o dinheiro e sem devolver o restante à pessoa uma vez que nem um mês usufriram do espaço tenham muito cuidado
