E em todas as vezes, há mais de uma pessoa em casa para receber. Every time I ask for an order from Amazon, CTT sends a message saying that there was no one at home to receive it. And at all times, there is more than one person at home to receive.

Já não é a primeira vez - o CTT Express tem um serviço péssimo Zero estrelas! It happened to me too. People were at home, at the address indicated (R. Gomes Freire, lot 1 r / c D Cascais) on 01/14 and they didn't even ring the bell. This is not the first time - CTT Express has a bad service with zero stars!
C	Carlos Neves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo servico, não tocam a campainha pois querem despachar o maximo de encomendas por dia e a pessoa é obrigada a ir levantar num ponto ctt. Aconteceu me 3 vezes no ultimo mes, e tenho provas gravadas de chegarem e simplesmente deitarem o papel de levantamento na caixa de correio. Sempre que possível escolho outra empresa de entregas, pois para que pagar se temos que ir levanta-la de qualquer maneira. Zero estrelas, terrivel mesmo. Terrible service, they do not ring the bell because they want to ship the maximum number of orders per day and the person is obliged to pick up at a CTT point. It happened to me 3 times in the last month, and I have taped evidence of them arriving and simply dropping the survey paper in the mailbox. Whenever possible I choose another delivery company, because why pay if we have to pick it up anyway. Zero stars, terrible indeed.
