★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o serviço prestado na distribuição de correspondência têm-me prejudicado imenso. O "Sr.Carteiro" responsável pela zona com código postal 1350-017 NÃO ESTÁ A DEIXAR O AVISO PARA QUE SE POSSA LEVANTAR A CORRESPONDÊNCIA NOS CORREIOS.
Tive de me dirigir à agência sem qualquer número de registo TRÊS VEZES para poder levantar documentos de alta importância.
Por favor, peço aos responsáveis, que verifiquem urgentemente a prestação, ou melhor, a não prestação do funcionário.
Unfortunately the service provided in the distribution of correspondence has hurt me immensely. The "Mr. Postman" responsible for the area with postal code 1350-017 IS NOT LEAVING THE NOTICE TO MAKE THE CORRESPONDENCE POSSIBLE.
I had to go to the agency without any registration number THREE TIMES in order to collect documents of high importance.
Please, I ask those responsible to urgently check the performance, or rather, the non-performance of the employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não colocam nos documentos e cartas nas caixas correctas ou extraviam!!! !!não entregam as encomendas nas moradas preferem por avisos para levantar nas correios estão cada vez pior!!!!

Annoyingly slow, employees walk around the establishment more than they work, only 2 employees serving, BAD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse service even in Portugal. Doesn't matter if parcel is important to you or not they only deliver to you two days a week. They don't even knock the door for parcel and leave paper to collect. No respect for people....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CTT is one of the worst companies in terms of customer service that I have experienced. With so many stores and such a large budget and website, it's beyond me how difficult it is to even just have a chat with a real person or find a FAQ with answer to the most simple question. No wonder FedEx and co. are winning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady behind the counter had a very unpleasant attitude and didn’t try to help me. I guess the fact that I could only speak English and that she couldn’t was the main issue. Yet, I tried my best and she clearly didn’t. A lot can be done with a simple smile but even this was apparently too much to ask for.
