As a beginner or as a lifelong yogi practitioner,
you shouldn't let pass the opportunity to discover this centre perto de Arrifana Beach, if you try any of the classes and events, you will definetly have to come back again!!! ♡

Covers a wide range from relax to high performance sports massages!
With some sessions, plus shown exercises and yoga I could recover really fast from a blocked hip and lower back problem!

I thought my week of surfing was done after 3 days An hour of focused massage later and a day of rest and I was back in the water 24h later feeling great. Thanks Thais!
