★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, horrible and rude. Only to authentication the 2 documents( like stamp) told me that I have to do appointment because they have too much work. When embassy has too much work?! Don't forget to make appointment because they have too much work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an emergency passport as mine was stolen, I was stressed and flustered but they had an amazing attitude! Made me feel comfortable, calmed me down and I got my new passport as soon as it was possible.
