Estive à espera desde as 20h até 22h30 durante o processo todo e o chegar de o reboque.
Travel assistance leaves MUCH to be desired. The phone line closes at 7pm, after only by automatic answering.
I have been waiting from 20:00 until 22:30 during the whole process and the arrival of the trailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema de infiltração no meu apartamento (o seguro é do meu vizinho) há mais de 7 meses. Mandei o meu IBAN 3 vezes, liguei a confirmar o mesmo, mas esta empresa é tão incompetente que transferiu o montante que me era devido para o cliente deles (em vez de transferir para mim). Ando há meses a ligar para lá para resolverem a situação e nada. Não aconselho esta empresa a ninguém, PÉSSIMA.
I had an infiltration problem in my apartment (the insurance is from my neighbor) for over 7 months. I sent my IBAN 3 times, called to confirm it, but this company is so incompetent that they transferred the amount owed to me to their client (instead of transferring it to me). I've been calling there for months to resolve the situation and nothing. I don't recommend this company to anyone, TERRIBLE.
