Quando comprei o carro, o contrato estava marcado com um período de garantia de dois anos. Depois de mais de meio ano após a compra do carro, o motor do carro quebrou. Quando eu quis exercer os direitos de garantia, eles encontraram vários motivos fugir da responsabilidade. Não me dê uma garantia. Eu mesmo preciso arcar com os custos do reparo! Assim como as vendas individuais, eles tendem a ser racialmente discriminatórios.
A única coisa que acho que está tudo bem é que depois que prometi pagar, o carro foi consertado, e o cavalheiro na recepção, gentil e prestativo.
I like Audi cars, but I don't like the service here.
When I bought the car, the contract was marked with a two-year warranty period. After more than half a year after purchasing the car, the car's engine broke down. When I wanted to exercise warranty rights, they found several reasons to evade liability. Don't give me a guarantee. I have to pay the repair costs myself! Like individual sales, they tend to be racially discriminatory.
The only thing I think is okay is that after I promised to pay, the car was fixed, and the gentleman at the reception, kind and helpful.
