Depois de esperar que me atendessem, sem sucesso, fui informado que os funcionários estavam ocupados e que me iriam retribuir a chamada. Na verdade nunca retribuíram a chamada e tive que me dirigir a outro concessionário WV.
PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO AO CLIENTE
I tried to call Loures Automobiles, parts section. The call was to have a Soauto call center. You can no longer speak directly with Loures Automóveis.
After waiting for my unsuccessful service, I was informed that the staff were busy and would return the call. In fact they never repayed the call and had to go to another WV dealer.
