★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um seat ibiza 1.4 tdi neste stand com uma garatia "comprada" pelo stand, quando o comprei veio com os pneus carecas,e o motor do vidro de tras estava avariado. O carro, após 2 semanas começou a dar problemas da válvula EGR, no qual a garantia só cobre a peça, não cobrindo os 100 euros de mão de obra, isto é uma garantia para mecânicos aparentemente. Sendo esta a garantia escolhida pelo stand. Liguei para o stand e eles referiram que não queriam saber de facto do assunto e não iram ajudar no assunto. Isto não é uma reclamação à garantia, pois estes cobriram o serviço que o stand comprou, que para que caso exista algum problema no carro no prazo de um ano possam "fugir com o cú à seringa".
Encontro me super descontente com o serviço e não aconselharei ninguém a comprar um carro neste local.
I bought a seat ibiza 1.4 tdi in this stand with a guarantee "bought" by the stand, when I bought it it came with bald tires, and the engine of the rear window was defective. The car, after 2 weeks, started to give problems with the EGR valve, in which the warranty only covers the part, not covering the 100 euros of labor, this is a guarantee for mechanics apparently. This being the guarantee chosen by the stand. I called the stand and they said that they didn't really want to know the subject and they weren't going to help with the matter. This is not a warranty claim, as they covered the service that the stand purchased, so that if there is a problem with the car within a year they can "get away with the ass to the syringe".
I find myself very unhappy with the service and I will not advise anyone to buy a car at this location.
