Fazemos entre 300 a 400 envios por mês com esta transportadora e sempre resolveram todos os problemas e em caso de atrasos na entrega prontificam-se logo a falar com o cliente. Excelente atendimento de call center e resposta rápida a todos os emails.
A única vez que um artigo foi danificado no transporte reembolsaram-nos o valor do artigo para enviarmos outro novo ao cliente.
 Excellent service and resolution of deliveries.
We do between 300 and 400 shipments per month with this carrier and have always solved all problems and in case of delays in delivery they are ready to talk to the customer right away. Excellent call center service and quick response to all emails.
The only time an item was damaged in shipping, we were refunded the value of the item to send a new one to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente FEMA recomendava em Águeda aos meus fornecedores todos corria tudo bem até ao dia em que me danificaram a encomenda devolvi e reclamei a resposta foi que a encomenda vinha mal embalada coisa que é mentira sempre veio assim não me pagaram a encomenda foi perda total e ainda me mandaram a fatura para eu pagar depois de 2 meses devolveram a encomenda para a fábrica voltaram a madar outra fatura agora pergunto eu vou pagar duas faturas que nem recebi encomenda nenhuma tive de a ir eu buscar a fábrica eles é que deviam pagar a minha despesa e ainda querem receber não vão receber coisa nenhuma
I was a FEMA customer I recommended in Águeda to my suppliers, everything was fine until the day they damaged the order I returned and I complained the answer was that the order was poorly packaged thing that is a lie it always came so they didn't pay me the order was total loss and they even sent me the invoice for me to pay after 2 months they returned the order to the factory they sent another invoice again now i ask i will pay two invoices i didn't even receive any order i had to go pick it up from the factory they should pay mine expense and still want to receive, they won't receive anything

Negaram tudo e foram capazes de dizer que a encomenda me foi entregue completa, negando-se assim a assumir os custos da peça em falta
Os funcionários que me “ajudaram” só me complicaram a situação deixando-me dias à espera e nem me ligaram de volta para justificar o que quer que fosse
I was given an incomplete package with torn packaging
They denied everything and were able to say that the order was delivered to me in full, thus refusing to assume the costs of the missing part.
The employees who "helped" me only complicated the situation by leaving me waiting days and didn't even call me back to justify anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wspaniała opsługa. Jestem tu 2 raz i mam nadzieje że będę tu częściej właściciel zawsze mnie ciepło wita. Załadunek sprawny. Dostałem dostęp do czystego prysznica i cieplej wody. Poprzednio nawet pozwolono mi zostać na weekend na ich placu. Szanuje i pozdrawiam . Nie można dodać więcej gwiazdek niż 5 bo dał bym 10??
Great service. I am here twice and I hope that I will be here more often, the owner always greets me warmly. Loading efficient. I was given access to a clean shower and hot water. Previously, I was even allowed to stay in their square for the weekend. I respect and greet. You can't add more than 5 stars because I would give 10??
