★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The views out to sea are as good as the ruins. They have been sured up sometime recently but are still in bad decay. Detail board is rudimentary. As with all these sites be Careful of your kids as there is very little barrier between you and a drop.
The buildings carry on down the slope and I would think the history fascinating, if only it told you. Will have to look online. Welk worth a 15 min stop before going to a beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful spot. Nothing to see but the 17th century ruins and gorgeous scenery. Walk along the cliff path, walk in the bushes. Sit and listen to the sea. But beware the road in. Rutted and needs grading.
