Comprei uma caixa de tejadilho Traxer e barras Atera Aeroprofile seguindo as dicas do Sr Navid de acordo com as minhas necessidades, sem querer estar a empurrar um produto mais caro ao cliente. Todas as minha dúvidas foram respondidas com clareza e conhecimento por parte do Sr Navid. Loja recomendada! Edit : mais um excelente atendimento. Fiz asneira com 2 trincos da caixa e o sr Navid conseguiu ajudar-me as a17h na véspera da minha viagem, em que era essencial a utilização da caixa. Obrigado mais uma vez. I bought a Traxer roof box and Atera Aeroprofile bars following Mr Navid's tips according to my needs, without wanting to be pushing a more expensive product to the customer. All my doubts were answered with clarity and knowledge on the part of Mr Navid. Recommended store! Edit: another excellent service. I screwed up with 2 clicks from the box and Mr. Navid was able to help me at 17:00 on the eve of my trip, when it was essential to use the box. Thanks again.

Instalei umas barras e uma caixa que depois de círcular uns dias notei algum barulho acima de uma certa velocidade. Voltei à loja e o senhor Navid só descansou quando encontramos a melhor solução possível e, com tantos testes à procura da melhor solução, até tenho vergonha de dizer a hora que acabamos o serviço. Sempre com máxima disponibilidade para resolver o problema na hora e não ter que voltar por aquela situacao. No fim trouxe material um bocadinho mais barato e foi-me devolvida a diferença. Alguém que não se move pelo dinheiro fácil e imediato, antes pela total satisfação do cliente. Extraordinária experiência, voltarei sempre a esta casa. In a word, tireless! Always with maximum availability to solve the problem on time and not have to go back through that situation. In the end I brought a little cheaper material and was returned the difference. Someone who does not move for easy and immediate money, but for total customer satisfaction. Extraordinary experience, I will always come back to this house.

The delivery was super fast and he even helped us install them. Very good service! Highly recommend his shop for all kinds of racks and roof boxes.

Navid helped me through the whole process to make sure he had the right fixings and was extremely helpful, careful and kind. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and if you ever need a bike rack or any other roof bars etc, I'd seriously recommend you give him a call - he knows what he is doing, is fair and kind - a rare combination in a business.
