★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exquisite restaurant! I have been to several dozens Italian restaurants, even noble ones. This small family driven one with an appropriate menu list gives every meal its special character. We were a group and tried a lot - food fun at its best, interesting and good organic wine, cute dishes, very kind personnel. The Gazzo will soon be an insider’s I guess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to stumble upon this restaurant our first night in Lisbon. The prices were reasonable, the staff very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious (I highly recommend the vegetarian board)! We liked it so much that we planned to have dinner there again the last night of our vacation, but were disappointed to realize the restaurant was closed that night. I only wish they were open every day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not like the way the staff behaved. I was so excited to come here. We were a group of 5, and the majority was from Italy. I wanted them to try the aperitivo offer of two drinks and a burrata. The “Italian spritz” was unfortunately basically water. But what surprised me was that we have been served ricotta, which tasted fine. The thing was that the offer was for burrata and when we commented on this, the waitress insisted it was burrata, just a smoked version and that we should look online what a burrata looks like...(I’m from Italy, the chef as well so I think we know what a burrata is). That was what I really didn’t like! Additionally, 15€ (for 2 people) for a tiny ricotta and 2 spritz is not worthy at all.
