★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio puntuale ed economico. Consiglio di dare i biglietti direttamente in autobus in quanto il sito non funziona bene e quando acquistate i biglietti non arrivano le email di conferma.
Punctual and economical service. I recommend to give the tickets directly on the bus as the site does not work well and when you buy the tickets no confirmation emails arrive.

Shocking by you leaving people stranded miles away from the destination we paid for resulting in 40 euros taxi fare back to Guimaraes! Never again will I use this service on my travels. Do Not Trust!! STILL NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE LIKE YOU SAID YOU WOULD

Don't bother getting tickets in advance. My experience went like this: Bus arrives, a huge crowd pushes on the bus, luggage is thrown into the hold (everyone his / her own), haphazardly, no safe storage at all, and of course there is no priority line as the claim there would be if you book in advance. Oh and evey seat packed. At least the bus had a nice temperature and seems clean. But really not what I expected after the reviews.
It's cheap. That's it. Don't believe the other stuff.
