Aderi ao serviço de telecomunicações, contudo enquanto não foi feito a instalação tudo bem o pior foi depois.
Esta empresa inseriu a morada errada, depois o numero de telefone fixo aparece em nome de outra pessoa , para não falar agora na portabilidade que eu assinei pois agora na Nos dizem que o documento que eu assinei nºao aparece , pior é que um representante da global city já lhe fiz chegar varias vezes esses erros mas nimguem quer saber , tanto a culpa é da NOS como do funcionário da Global City.
Não querem saber dos clientes depois das instalações feitas.
Não recomendo a nimguem esta empresa

I joined the telecommunications service, however while the installation was not done, everything was fine, the worst was afterwards.
This company entered the wrong address, then the landline number appears in someone else's name, not to mention the portability that I signed because now at We are told that the document I signed doesn't appear, it's worse than a global representative city I've sent you these errors several times but nobody wants to know, both the NOS and the Global City employee's fault.
They don't want to hear from customers after installations are made.
I don't recommend this company to anyone
