L	Lee Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the friendly and bilingual customer service. The breakfast was great and kitchen staff were friendly. The room was similar to any Express accomodations. I would definitely stay again if I could.
M	MarieJB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 3 nights in September. Really enjoyed the overall experience. Very professional and attentive staff. Breakfast is fresh and generous. Even if the hotel doesn’t have onsite parking, a few reserved spots in front of the entrance allowed us to easily check in and check out without complications. We used a parking just around the corner on Avenida da Liberdade. The central location of the hotel makes it easy to walk to all neighborhoods you want to visit. Pricing is totally fair. We will be back :)

Small bar, but has the essentials. Friendly staff. Usual IHG standards. Acknowledgement of Spire status. Definitely stay here again.

Check-in was smooth and the staff very much welcoming; room was enough roomy and extremely clean! Big applause to the housekeeper, she did a great job every day of my stay! On the other side, quality of breakfast food and service should be improved. I would definitely recommend this hotel considering the value/price ratio.
B	BIG DEN 66 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really surprised about how good this hotel was. Stayed for two nights, the hotel is in an excellent location just off Via Liberdade. I have stayed in several much pricier hotel in the area but not enjoyed the same quality of stay. The room was well presented fresh and well designed. The staff were helpful from the outset. There is no restaurant however t here are lots of restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast was really good. with a good range of choice. I very much enjoyed our stay and felt the hotel as part of the express range proved great value for money.

The places is super super clean which is what’s most important to me. The front desk ladies are so sweet and caring! They held my luggage while I waited to be checked in. Shout out to Anna for being so patient. I loved it and would give it 10 stars.

It's only a 3 stars hotel but customer experience should always be a top priority either you are guest or just visiting. Location is good and parking is available nearby.

The location is great, you can pretty much walk to all the landmarks or take public transportation (Metro station is just next to the hotel). The breakfast was sufficient and tasty and the area was very well manage especially during covid. Kudos to staff there. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Kudos to Margarida and Bruna who helped us a lot in answering all kind of questions and queries (finding good wine to nearest covid testing center) :) The only drawback is the room size especially for three people. Do not worry, it is doable if you can adjust the furniture and other stuff ;)
