Doctor told me to do another Appointment in a hospital after that changed 15 euro for consultation of this kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy incompetent doctors. "tAkE pAraCetAmoL aNd cOmE bAcK iF iT's wOrSe!! 1" God forbid they actually work. I've had a searing pain in my upper back for weeks and every time I go it's the same garbage.
I understand they might not have advanced enough diagnosis technology but Jesus Christ could you do an MRI at least? I'm paying for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tripped and broke my arm badly while on a short vacation in Lisbon. I don’t speak more than a word or two of Portuguese so it was a little alarming to think about navigating the hospital system. The staff were lovely; if someone didn’t speak English, they’d find someone who did. I’m surprised by some of these reviews because my experience was that everyone was very kind and helpful. I had to have surgery and stay the night, and I couldn’t have felt better looked after. I felt very confident in the surgeon.
I also really appreciated that they didn’t keep waking me up all night long like they do in the US… sleep is healing! The room was comfortable and they even helped me shower and wash my hair (much needed by that time!)— again, they wouldn’t do that in the US despite far higher prices. I sure didn’t plan to tour a hospital while on vacation, but the people at CUF made a miserable experience as good as it could be, and I thank them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I booked an appointment the night before having never been there before. I was seen to immediately and the doctor was friendly and spoke English with me. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the added 2 euro covid security tax (whatever that means).

i had a consultation in which i got 2 prescriptions.
a) the first one was completely wrong. so i asked for a correction 3 times and to this day did not get it.
b) i still did not get the results of the testing (which was the second prescription).
nobody answers me. ever. they just do niot care. if possible go to any other hospital!
