L	Lucas E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel in an amazing location in a beautiful square, from where you can walk anywhere in Lisbon. The hotel is in an old, beautiful building, that was recently renovated. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The hotel offers great value for the price.
J	João Ferreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service both in the hotel and the kiosk right in front is absolutely terrible. People speak to you as if they were either hungover or constantly in a bad mood. I asked if I could have a place to sit and have a wine in the outside tables of the hotel and I was rudely sent to the kiosk. When at the kiosk, service was totally awful, making me wish I never made the decision. The guy that served me had a real attitude and even made me check prices outside the kiosk. When I did, he doubted me. Além de que o inglês falado nestes estabelecimentos é do pior que já vi.

Rooms are modern and quite spacious,the bed and shower and very comfy, breakfast is amazing (!), and the location is the best. Not to mention the very welcoming staff. The hotel is in front of a typical Lisbon square where you can grab a coffee in the morning sunshine. A great value for money in my opinion!
p	petra abousleiman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at Alegria was nothing short of wonderful: the rooms are spacious, very comfortable, well lit, and have all the amenities you could think of down to a t! The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Worth mentioning also is the building itself: it’s a gorgeous historic monument that has been beautifully restored. And the location is ideally located the center, walking distance from anywhere you might want to go. I’ll definitely be staying there again!

The only two negatives were the limited breakfast (although what was there was tasty) and dirty plates, etc from room service being left outside an adjacent room every time we went back to our room.
