★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is upscale and beautiful and in a very good location just in the outskirts of downtown Cascais. There is no easy beach access but the somewhat heated pool is absolutely beautiful. There is valet parking (for a charge) or easily accessible self-park for free. The rooms are very large with good mattresses and beautiful views. The breakfast is delicious and being seated outside is gorgeous each morning. The concierge is very helpful and the staff overall were exceptional. Parts of the indoor pool were closed but it looked very relaxing. Only minor complaints are - the room lighting was hard to figure out and there are not enough easily accessible plugs and USB plugs. Overall highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic hotel. The outside swimming pool has an amazing view to the ocean! The bar served really nice cocktails.
The breakfast is a plus. The hotel is missing a sauna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely hotel, but compared to other 5 star hotels I've been to, there is so many things that should improve. The view is stunning! It's absolutely worth the extra money to get a terasse with the sea view!
I've seen so many other comments so happy with the staff, so I was probably just unlucky. The check in/out staff looked tired and annoyed. I kept having to remind the restaurant waiters about what I had ordered.
The massage on floor G was amazing, but a tad expensive.
The Spa had a nice Turkish bath and the pool was ok.
No one asked to take my heavy luggage when I arrived. I had to wait quite some time for check in while standing. It would have been such a treat allowed to sit down after a long journey.
The carpet in my room was stained. The sink and shower in the bathroom was strangely offering to send the water in all directions so there was water everywhere ?
The location, the rooms and the sound of the waves hitting the shore - alone will probably make me come back!

Rooms need some renovation.
Main drawback is the average - at most food.

The menu has a lot of options if you want a dish or simply a snack you will not be disappointed. Prices are aligned with a five stars experience. Parking is available and with plenty of room. Definitely recommend. I will return many more times for sure
