Economy hotel in Porto. Rustical interior of room. Small restaurant when breakfast are serving but rooms are clean and location around 2 km from Ribera and old town. Nice Staff on the reception desk gave us map of the city and explained main points od Porto

The room is tiny and dirty. The staff is not very friendly either. The hotel just looks way better in pictures

Good price/quality ratio. The rooms and bathroom are clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. It is located near a subway station (0.2miles). You cant smoke in the rooms but there's a proper place for it. The only problem is that it's very noisy. You can hear what's happening in the other rooms.

Stayed here for three nights during a visit to Porto. Whilst it wasn't horrible, I wouldn't stay again. The hotel is slightly out of the way - about a 20 minute walk from central Porto, but near a metro station which will get you there directly. The room was clean and fully-equipped when I arrived, but overall the hotel was let down by its service. It turned out there was only one key to my room, which is why it wasn't cleaned or restocked. I was only made aware of this just before my third and final night in the hotel, and can't see why this wasn't picked up by the hotel sooner. The concierge asked if I'd like it cleaned but at that point it seemed like a waste of time, though I took him up on the offer of new shampoo and soap. Some of the staff were very on the ball and spoke good English, however when I arrived I was met by somebody who spoke very little English and with my limited Portuguese we ended up communicating through Google Translate, and I had to go back to the desk later to formally check in. Provided the housekeeping staff can access your room, they'll leave a breakfast of 8 small crackers and a miniature muffin. There's a bakery, Fumeiro, down the road which they direct you to for a fuller meal. I was on the ground floor. There are bars over the windows so you can safely open them, but be prepared for people peering in. A drunk (?) man also garbled something at me when I was lying on the bed looking at my phone, which was fun. Obviously the hotel can't control this but if you're on the ground be aware. Even allowing for how cheap this place is, the service really isn't up to scratch which is a shame as the rooms are nice enough.

All good for 1 star hotel. Big bed, nice shower with pressure, tv, ac and working internet. The only thing one would miss in the room is a fridge and maybe bottle opener for wine ;) reception closes at 11pm, there is a buffet fridge in reception with some beers, sodas and some small wine so i am guessing that closes at 11pm as well. At check in you also have to pau 2 euros city tax.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean, not big but all necessary things are present. Very good variant for short stay in Porto. Good location in peaceful part of the city. Nearly 2 minutes walk to metro station, 15 minutes walk to City Hall and 25 minutes walk to historical part of the city, 35 minutes walk to riverside. Several supermarkets are near. Very friend staff.
