C	Chris Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid more for twin beds with a river view. The room they gave us had a double bed with a river view. Eventually we had to settle for twin beds with a view of a noisy street. We're gutted. I don't suppose we'll get a refund.

B	Ben Hare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms with the river view are nice and facilities are good. The hotel is a little tired for a 4-star and would benefit from renovations. That said, I would have given 5 stars because it met my expectations but for the breakfast: a big selection of foods but not good quality. We didn't dine at the restaurant for fear of the dinner being similar. The hotel appeared to be clean and covid procedures are followed. British tourists note that you need to ask in advance because the UK covid pass isn't automatically recognised in Portuguese establishments.
M	M A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPORTANT: Google Maps had the hotel in the wrong location (at least as of January 2022). The hotel is not attached to the train station, but across the street and down the road from the train station! The hotel should have fixed this on Google Maps, but it is a tired hotel that has seen better days. CONS: Carpets and grout are worn, windows are permanently fogged and clouded over from the inside, lobby smells a little old. Traffic noise is audible with windows closed and TV on ? PROS: Check in was efficient, bathroom is nice, bed was comfortable, and sheets were very soft. Also the hotel has an AMAZING gym because it is a real gym with outside clientele/membership.
