Can't open window and the neighbouring road is very busy and noisy. No air-conditioning. Staff confirmed some 'rocket scientist' had shut it down the week before and no-one had turned it back on. Had no sleep and got no alternatives from staff. Its been many years since I've stayed at such a bad hotel. #accormember
C	Carolina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet is not “safe enough”, which made the VPN on my computer block my access to it, leaving me with only my phone’s internet. So I would not recommend it for those who are looking for a place where they can do some remote work. On top of that, there was no water pressure on the shower, making it close to unpleasant; the bed felt as if it had seen its glory days long ago since it was reduced to a thin and uncomfortable layer of foam; and there was more dust than my allergies could stand. The hotel really needs some work. Never going back.
R	Rui Couto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for 1 night with my wife and son, the rooms were EXTREMELY HOT without the possibility of turning on the cold air. The windows were lock without the possibility to open them more than 5cm (for safety purposes I believe). All the hotel can only be in cold or hot mode. It was Spring and it was not cold outside but the hotel was in hot mode with the inside temperature so high that it seems it was like 0°C outside. It was suffocating all that heat in the room. They have a poster on the elevator saying the breakfast starts at 04h but that not true, we arrive 05h30 to breakfast and it was not ready. The only positive thing was that the guy from the breakfast (also receptionist) worked very hard to serve us with the minimal breakfast possible.
