Aparentemente houve um engano e a marcação pela ticketline não tinha entrado em sistema. Optamos por remarcar a experiência para o dia seguinte, visto que não havia condições para realizar na data da marcação. No dia seguinte, optamos por telefonar antes para lá para confirmarmos o jogo. Não só desmentiram o que tinha acontecido no dia anterior, como não nos garantiram o jogo nesse dia e não nos disseram onde podíamos ver as disponibilidades. We made an appointment to make the Escape Room. We got there and another group was also there to carry out the experiment at the same time. Apparently there was a mistake and the booking through the ticketline had not entered the system. We chose to reschedule the experience for the next day, since there were no conditions to perform on the date of the appointment. The next day, we opted to call there early to confirm the game. Not only did they deny what had happened the previous day, but they did not guarantee us the game that day and did not tell us where we could see the availability.

Aconselho a todos! I loved it!!! The game itself is amazing and addictive, I made the first level and I can only think about the second!! The sympathy of the workers is extreme! I advise everyone!
