Meninas, toda a gente deveria ter uma Keila na sua vida! Eram 20h50 quando destrui sem querer as minhas unhas e a Keila atendeu-me a essa hora! É uma pessoa super descontraída e divertida, consegue deixar à vontade todas as clientes. Excelente profissional, recomendo completamente.

I have been remiss in writing a review. I was there almost a year ago. It was the most caring and attentive feeling I have ever had during a waxing. I am returning to Puerto in the fall. This is the only woman who will be touching me. Highly recommend it.

I went yesterday in the afternoon for a facial cleansing. Hours later, my face was red, itchy and full of pimples. I wasn't exposed to sunlight or any other factor that would have caused it. Anyway, she didn't give me any advice on how to take care of my skin after a treatment like this, even when I told her that it was my first time. My skin is better today, but it doesn't feel I took a facial treatment just yesterday. Also, I had to wait 20 minutes, although I had booked an appoinment. She wasn't using a mask when she opened the door (even when it is mandatory) and when she put it on several minutes later it was a transparent mask that didn't cover her mouth and nose properly. I took this treatment not only for my skin, but because I wanted to enjoy a relaxing moment too. Nevertheless, she was talking on the phone 15 or 20 minutes out of the 30 that the facial cleansing lasted. She was friendly, but I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing experience and a nice facial treatment. I feel like I wasted 20 euros. EDIT AFTER KEYLA'S ANSWER: You know that I had to wait 5 minutes on the street until you opened the door. Then, other 10 minutes while you finished the treatment to the previous customer (you lie when you say that no one was there) and 5 minutes more while she paid and you were talking with each other as if I was not there waiting. During all that time, you DIDN'T wear a mask. Besides, I decide if spending 30 minutes on a facial cleansing is relaxing or not for me. And obviously it wasn't because you were talking on the phone, although you say you didn't. Also, you shouldn't be surprised that my boyfriend was the one who called to make the appointment for me since he said -and you might noticed during the cleansing- that I don't speak Portuguese. And yes, you called my broyfriend at night (not the best moment) offering my money back but: 1. I didn't take it because I am not deleting my review 2. You didn't even asked if my skin was totally ok after reading that it was red and itchy the day before 3. Why would you call and offer me the money back if, according to you, all I said was not true? I wish you the best and I hope that my review has been useful for you in your daily basis.

Honestly the best waxing place I've ever been. On the outside you can't really tell how spacious it is but once you're inside everything is so comfortable and relaxing. Keila is the best and she makes you feel very comfortable as well. It was very fast and also very cheap for what it was. I will never change my waxing place again!

This place is amazing! Keila and her husband were so lovely and professional! They came extra for me to the studio, although it was already closed, only because I had to leave Porto earlier than planned. Keila did an extraordinary work! As extra a very warm hearted conversation in three languages, translated by her husband. I loved the studio, so clean and good atmosphere with an incredible price! I highly recommend it, I wish Keila all the best, I will definitely come back if I have the chance! Thank you very very much!

No money can pay the excellent service delivered by Keila. Top of the top level of professionalism. I have never experienced this high quality. I could organize a getaway to Porto in future just to experience this again. Pedicure, waxing, all perfect. The woman is a perfectionist. ❤️
