★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcelo was an amazing host! He was very attentive and efficient! His recommendations were perfect for what we were looking for. The food was EXCELLENT! The fresh and Real lemonade was subtle and refreshing for someone wanting more than water. The cheese plater, basil spread, bread and jam were an excellent assortment paired together for the right combinations of taste and creativity! The main dish is highly recommended by my husband and I! The steak plate came with a sauce that you cant find anywhere else and left you wanting more because it was so good. French fries were served with the meat and sauce which was a surprisingly good pairing. For desert, Marcelo offered us three of his personal favorites and he did not disappoint! We ended up enjoying the Creme brûlée. The creme was subtle and sweet. The caramelized topping was done well. Crisp without being burnt! Then we were offered cafezinho (small coffee) which we declined because we were so full. Our host Marcelo then spent time talking with us about his and our families. Best restaurant to enjoy the french food and excellent hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu is simple: entrecot or seitan, simple salad or a more elaborate one with salmon. That is it. Everything else is overcharged and in my case even extra charged. Wine list is expensive and scarce in options, couvert and bread overcharged. All is set to overcharge. I give it 2 stars because the meat was good, all else utterly fails. I am not coming back, specially because there are so many good options nearby.
