★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um transfer para 7 pessoas em Lisboa do aeroporto para o centro com esta empresa. Por demora na imigração em Madrid houve atraso levando a troca de voo. Foi avisado a empresa com horas de antecedência solicitando a postergação do transfer. Não aceitaram e não reembolsaram o valor. Tive que ir de Uber. Aprendi a lição: não reserve antes, melhor ir Uber.
 I scheduled a transfer for 7 people in Lisbon from the airport to the center with this company. Due to delay in immigration in Madrid there was delay leading to flight change. The company was advised hours in advance requesting the postponement of the transfer. They did not accept and did not refund the amount. I had to go from Uber. I learned the lesson: don't book before, better go Uber.

Don't entrust anything to this company. Lanebus! It leaves you on foot and risking to make you miss your flight !! Don't use them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war leider kein Fahrer zur Ankunftszeit am Flughafen. Wir haben 50 Min. gewartet. Die Firma war telefonisch auch nicht zu erreichen, um nachzufragen. Auch zu taxi.booking.com gab es nur eine lange Warteschleife ohne Erfolg. Erst nach 1 Stunde meldete sich das Büro und entschuldigte sich nicht einmal. Das Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja,es hat ja alles funktioniert. Es dauert nur alles sehr lange, es ist schon ein Grenzwertiges Verhalten der Planung, die Fahrer können nichts dafür man merkt ihnen den Druck an.
Well, everything worked. It just all takes a long time, it's already a borderline behavior of the planning, the drivers can't help it, you can tell the pressure on them.

PAS de chauffeur à l'arrivée et 2 personnes totalement débordées en train de scotcher le nom de passagers en attente sur une rampe. Pour un accueil personnalisé , on a vu mieux. Et là c'est la catastrophe !!Une attente d'une heure avant de trouver un chauffeur et surtout aucune explication.
J'ai déposé une réclamation auprès de booking pour leur dire que leur prestataire est une nullité........Expérience a ne jamais renouveler. Fuyez
I put 1 star because we cannot put zero, but it is not worth more. This company is a horror !!!
NO driver on arrival and 2 people totally overwhelmed trying to tape the names of passengers waiting on a ramp. For a personalized welcome, we have seen better. And there it is the disaster !! A wait of one hour before finding a driver and especially no explanation.
I filed a complaint with booking to tell them that their provider is null ........ Experience never to be renewed. Run away

Pésimo servicio, cuando llegamos a Lisboa el primer día no había nadie esperándonos, después de estar llamando por teléfono 40 minutos nadie nos contestó, tuvimos que coger un taxi. El siguiente tuvimos que correr por todo el aeropuerto y llamar por teléfono después de 1 h y media por casualidad los encontramos nosotros, les reclamamos y les daba igual, nadie nos da explicaciones, nadie contesta. Ni siquiera una disculpa, parecía que nos estaban haciendo un favor, después de haber pagado varios transfers con ellos , de vergüenza!!! Y a parte nos obligaban a recogernos 3 horas antes por comodidad de ellos, y teníamos que estar en el aeropuerto 3h antes tirados
No lo recomendamos para nada, poco profesionales por no decir nada.

The next we had to run around the airport and make a phone call after 1 hour and a half by chance we found them, we complained to them and they didn't care, no one gave us explanations, no one answered. Not even an apology, it seemed that they were doing us a favor, after having paid several transfers with them, of shame !!! And in addition they forced us to pick us up 3 hours before for their convenience, and we had to be at the airport 3 hours before pulled
We do not recommend it at all, unprofessional to say nothing.
