it's terrible noise at night. it's not lonely (separated) appartment, its 2 rooms in one house with first and second floor and you will have neighbors. You can hear every step of your neighbors. You can hear how they goes to the toilet, moving the chair ... you will never sleep all night because its bad noise insulation. --------------------------- This is not a one-bedroom detached house as described on the booking! The house has 2 rooms for different tenants with a bathroom and a small kitchen wall and a common area in another room with a sofa and a washing machine. Noisy at night (and during the day too), because there is absolutely no isolation between your neighbors in the other room and you, and you can hear everything from the streets (the street is more or less quiet). You can hear neighbors slamming the door, walking (even if you do it quietly), going to the toilet, moving a chair, etc. We slept normally one night from four, when the neighbors were not there. Instead of the doors into which you enter and the walls on the same side are a translucent plastic partition (and the doors are the same), you can see the light from the corridor, it also interferes with sleep. On the claims of the owners, we were told that there was nowhere to resettle us and they could not do anything. The room, by the way, is the size of a garage. It was difficult to describe it all censored. I would not advise anyone to rent this apartment, even for that kind of money.
