E ainda fazem negócio com um par de luvas e uma máscara para eles mesmo usarem, cobram uma exorbitância. Não sei se o meu mecânico me vai cobrar pelo macacão que usa!!! Idiotas. Bad service. It is unfortunate that patients pay for the doctor's protective equipment during the pandemic! And they still do business with a pair of gloves and a mask for them to wear, they charge an exorbitance. I don't know if my mechanic will charge me for the overalls he wears !!! Idiots.
A	André Lancini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma nucleoplastia neste hospital (Centro de Coluna da Lapa - Dr Pedro Nunnes) em 17/05/2021. Tive uma péssima experiência no pós-operatório com muita dor e não foi fácil conseguir contato com a equipe médica para receber orientações e novas prescrições de medicamentos. Sou enfermeiro e posso dizer que meu caso foi negligenciado. Nunca tive uma experiência tão negativa. Após o procedimento/cirurgia não se há jeito de telefonar pois a ligação não passa da recepção do hospital e os emails são respondidos de forma vaga e insuficiente. Como consequência desse procedimento minha hérnia ficou extrusa, com piora acentuada da dor. Após nova ressonância magnética e atendimento com outros profissionais de saúde tive de fazer a cirurgia para remoção da hérnia. A quem ler essa avaliação peço que pesquise melhor antes de se submeter a este procedimento (NUCLEOPLASTIA), pois foi-me informado na consulta pré-operatória de que a chance de sucesso era de 85% e 15% de ficar da mesma forma e o que aconteceu foi totalmente o inverso, pois tive uma piora imensa da minha hérnia. I did a nucleoplasty in this hospital (Centro de Coluna da Lapa - Dr Pedro Nunnes) on 05/17/2021. I had a very bad experience in the postoperative period with a lot of pain and it was not easy to get in touch with the medical team to receive guidance and new medication prescriptions. I am a nurse and I can say that my case was neglected. I have never had such a negative experience. After the procedure/surgery there is no way to call because the call does not pass the hospital reception and emails are answered vaguely and insufficiently. As a result of this procedure my hernia became extruded, with a marked worsening of pain. After a new MRI and care with other health professionals, I had to undergo surgery to remove the hernia. Anyone who reads this evaluation, I ask them to do a better research before undergoing this procedure (NUCLEOPLASTY), as I was informed in the preoperative consultation that the chance of success was 85% and 15% of staying the same and the what happened was completely the opposite, as I had a huge worsening of my hernia.

Des secrétaires, assistantes, infirmières et personnel médical, tous sans exception étaient spectaculaires. Mais mon plus grand compliment s'adresse au Dr Pedro Nunnes, un médecin au talent sans précédent, un vrai spécialiste de la colonne vertébrale, un excellent professionnel et un bon humain. A recommander absolument! Mon opération pour une grosse hernie cervicale s'est très bien passée, la récupération a été simple, je vais bien et j'ai retrouvé la qualité de vie que j'avais avant l'apparition de ce problème. A vous tous mon MERCI BEAUCOUP! Un câlin sincère de ceux qui vous ont dans leur cœur et vous admirent beaucoup. On May 21, 2021, I underwent spinal surgery at Centro da Coluna in Porto and would like to express my praise and thanks for the care I received at this clinic. Secretaries, assistants, nurses and medical staff, all without exception were spectacular. But my greatest compliment goes to Dr. Pedro Nunnes, a doctor of unprecedented talent, a true spine specialist, an excellent professional and a good human being. Absolutely recommend! My operation for a large cervical hernia went very well, the recovery was simple, I am fine and I have regained the quality of life that I had before the onset of this problem. To all of you my THANK YOU VERY MUCH! A sincere hug from those who have you in their hearts and admire you very much.
