A garantia é igual ao prazo de validade, após 2 anos a "pele" destrói-se completamente. Quando reclamei, basicamente dizem que se comprasse um material + caro, durava mais. Parece que 1800€ por um sofá é pouco para estes senhores...A sra da loja diz que há muitos casos assim e os estofadores da zona todos conhecem o caso. A evitar completamente. I only give one star because you can't give less. Sofas: terrible quality. The warranty is equal to the expiration date, after 2 years the "skin" is completely destroyed. When I complained, they basically said that if you bought expensive material, it lasted longer. It looks like 1800 € for a sofa is a little for these gentlemen ... The shop lady says there are a lot of cases like this and the upholsterers in the area all know the case. To be avoided completely.

A qualidade dos produtos e do serviço de entrega não são postos em causa ao contrário da parte comercial!! It is regrettable the number of mistakes that the decorator makes without ever assuming any loss or disappointment for the customer. Unfortunately it wasn't one but several. The quality of the products and the delivery service are not compromised unlike the commercial part!!

Mas, quando tentei entrar na lanchonete, um fiscal super mal educado não aceitou meu comprovante de vacina Astrazeneca, duas doses, do Brasil e nem um exame de PCR feito há 48 horas em Amesterdam. Insinuou que o exame não tinha validade. Eu repliquei que estes comprovantes tinham sido aceitos pelo Governo Português e pelas companhias aéreas. Ele foi grosso e chamou o segurança. Odieo o tratamento, afinal para comprar entrava todo mundo, que cuidado é este. It was horrible. To sign in to buy I didn't have to show any documents. But when I tried to enter the cafeteria, a super rude inspector did not accept my proof of Astrazeneca vaccine, two doses, from Brazil, nor a PCR test done 48 hours ago in Amsterdam. Insinuated that the exam was not valid. I replied that these vouchers had been accepted by the Portuguese Government and the airlines. He was rude and called security. I hate the treatment, after all to buy it hindered everyone, what a care this is.
