The only plus here is, that the food was okay.
Normally you can't expect the staff to speak English but on the other hand in a purely touristic city like Lagos you can take it for granted. However, we stammered together our order in Portuguese, but we still didn't get everything right.
Service was really slow, we waited 40 minutes for a bowl of yoghurt with fruit, two toasts, a cappucino and a tea even though we were the only occupied table.
A couple arrived 5 minutes later than us in another cafe vis-a-vis, ordered, ate, had a chat with the waitress, paid and left again, before we got our order.
We have been there in the first hour of operation in the morning with some kind of emergency staff, so hopefully, this experience was just an exception.
