Luzeiros Suites

Place is fabulous, staff are so friendly and helpful. This place exist since 1960! But looks soooo great and neat, they renovated and open it last August. This is my first time in Portugal and i'm soooo in love.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel last August for three nights. It was a fabulous hotel. New and spotless. The train station was right outside the door. The staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend it.

This is a very beautiful hotel, conveniently located: near a grocery/mall, near the trains and buses, easily walkable to some awesome restaurants, theater, and museums. Everything was clean and modern, yet the hotel still has much of the original 1940's character. The woodwork and, especially the beautiful staircase, are awesome to see, as are the lobby and hallways. Everyone treated me with extreme, and genuine, care. I highly recommend. I'll be back!

Awesome hotel! The staff was super helpful (holding our lost luggage) and I always felt that they would help with any small request (I wanted extra envelopes). Also the room itself was fabulous. It had a fireplace and large bed, nice sunlight, nice bathroom. I selected this place as a surprise for my wife’s birthday and she was super happy. Also it’s not that expensive, was about $70 USD a night, which is on the higher side for me but the value of the place and staff was more than worth it. I’d be happy to stay again. Also breakfast is next door and is decent (Lactose free milk, eggs, meats, breads, etc). Additionally the location is 5 minutes away from the train stop and the airport bus stops only feet away. There’s a mall and several restaurants nearby. Also I see many joggers running around and people walking their dogs so the environment is very friendly.

Nice and tidy place, also gives super fast access to metro. Staff was kind and helpful.

I cannot wait to go back. Beautiful clean and friendly hotel. When visiting my son again I will definitely stay here again ?

Clean, tidy, and quite. Tasty and good breakfast. Very good location to start from to explore Lisbon, its 2 second a way from the metro station.

Me and My family stayed at room 715 last Friday 04/03/22 until Sunday 06/03/22, hotel is clean well located, staff was friendly, but wait to here this , we only had hot water in the shower and sink Friday morning, after that Saturday and Sunday not hot water , so Saturday I made a complaint to front desk , I left the hotel and when I came back, I was told that the problem was one of the boiler was off , he said to me that he turn that on, so problem sorted right? Unfortunately not!!! When I try again the shower I had cold water again, so I had two problems the cold water and my wife angry because of that , I was the one who picked the hotel . So I call the front desk 3x and no answer, so Sunday I had to leave early the room to go to airport, and again no hot water , I made my last complaint with mr front desk, and I made very clear that I’ll never ever make a reservation with them again, we had another 2 couples that was in same hotel friends from Ireland, all them without a hot water ! So before booking this place , be very careful, what look nice and clean and friendly, can be a nightmare , at least for me was 2 long days . I paid for 2 nights total of €143,00 for each room . I’m extremely unhappy, end of history, no one said sorry for me at all, I left the hotel thinking that I was wrong not them. Zero customer service at the end .
