★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an okay hotel, unfortunately the airconditioning of multiple rooms on the 9th floor is not working. It is extremely hot in the rooms which results in sleepless nights. Once reported, a technician was sent but all he did was opening the door to the balcony. He did nothing about the airconditioning. Talked to other guests who experienced the same heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice and clean Hotel and the staff are very helpful , I would have given it 5 stars but it lost one star for the Breakfast... The scrambled eggs and beans where cold , the coffee wasn't good..and for a 4 star Hotel the orange juice should be real and not watered down from a maschine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is pretty quiet. The rooms were clean. Metro is about 150 meters away. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, situated in the center of old town. The room is generally clean and nice. The TV is small (some 12”). The room is also small but can be managed by two guests. The staff are helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hospitality of the cleaning lady. Came in the room while talking on the phone while my wife was still in the room working at her computer. Did not stop talking on the phone untill she finished cleaning.
Another day another cleaning lady almost started screaming at us because we were still sleeping in the room and we forgot to place the no disturb sign on the door.
The room was nice and spacios but there was a problem with the smell. Stale and to be honest it really smeld like an old sick person.
A lovely perfume greeted us when we arrived but it was gone in a couple of hours.
Breakfast buffet could be better.
Overall for the price you pay you can look for something else

Very good cafes and restaurants within walking distance . Also Turim Iberia does a good breakfast .
