★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely restaurant. Small menu with very tastfull food. It’s run by an elderly couple. Rice with seafood & herbs was great, so was the dorade & see bass. Meat plates also good. Everything fresh prepared & served with a smile. Just 300 meters out of the (way Too busy) tourist Area of Cascais. Pay them A visit! And.. they’re not expensive Too, so all room to give them A Nice tip ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just literally one or two minutes walking from the touristy places, you will find this beautiful traditional Portuguese restaurant. Very fresh fish, and I must say superbly cooked. I asked the house wine which was also tasteful. I'm so glad I found this nice restaurant and kind owners in this touristy town. Overall, 5 stars out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cheap food BUT terrible service and weird rules. I couldn’t have olive oil to the bread I ate. “Only with the fish”, then they took away it. Higher price for sitting outside. Only one kitchen staff could speak a bit of English. A disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I barely comment restaurants but I need to say a few nice words about this one. This was one of the best choices here! The food was so simple yet so delicious and well balanced that I just didn’t know what to say. I saw an older guy get his daily lunch from here and I can really imagine myself in 30 years would do the same. Get the fish from these guys. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best restaurant we tried in Portugal!! Fish was super fresh and good, tasty and well cooked. Price really good! (Olives, bread, drink, main dish, soup or dessert, coffe) for just 10€. For sure I'll come back next time I'll be in Cascais!! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to eat local and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manjar is a great local restaurant in the heart of Cascais. Foods are amazing and prices are really for lunch menu.
You can have a soup or desert , a good meal and you can choose your drink all for 11€.
Food was super delicious and moreover staff are really nice.
Be cautious if you get late it’s hard to find a sit.
